The I44 has been designed with durability, power and ease of use in mind. New features include open chassis for ease-of-access, optional full length main conveyor or optional underpan under the crushing chamber conveyor, hydraulic adjustable magnet, a redesigned scalping screen for more efficient fines removal. Main and side conveyors are now wider to accommodate a larger volume of prescreen discharge material, and to allow for better discharge from the crushing chamber.
The I44’s versatility and upgraded design makes it ideal for some of the toughest applications worldwide, including asphalt recycling, concrete recycling, rock crushing, construction and demolition.

Features
Conveyor
Extended 48″ main conveyor as standard, giving large stockpile capacity. Conveyor lowers and raises hydraulically and is easily removable for maintenance.
Control Panel
User friendly waterproof and dustproof control panel. Allows monitoring of pressures, fluid levels, fuel consumption. Provides push button control of jaw, track and feeder functions.
Feeder
Folding hardox hopper mounted over vibrating feeder with integral pre-screen. Feeder rate can be regulated manually or automatically by the load sensing jaw.
Power Unit
CAT C9 350 Hp (224kW) engine with all round access for maintenance. Innovative hydraulic system provides significant improvments in fuel economy.
Crusher
45.3″ x 31.5″ Feeder to impactor opening. 24, 250 lbs (11, 000 kg) impactor weight. Hydraulic load sensor.
Pan Feeder
3’9″ x 6’8″ pan feeder clears crushed materials faster thanks to its larger size and steeper incline.
