The combination of the impactor with the High Energy Screenbox and a recirculating conveyor deliver maximum productivity and unmatched portability. New features include an open chassis for ease-of-access, a redesigned scalping screen for more efficient fines removal, a swing out radial return conveyor that can complete 90 degrees while the machine is running, and an extremely efficient hydraulic system power and lowering fuel costs.

Features
Feeder
Folding Hardox hopper mounted over vibrating feeder with integral pre-screen. Feeder rate can be regulated manually or automatically by the load sensing jaw.
Control Panel
User friendly waterproof and dustproof control panel. Allows monitoring of pressures, fluid levels, fuel consumption. Provides push button control of jaw, track and feeder functions.
Conveyor
Extended 42″ main conveyor as standard, giving large stockpile capacity. Conveyor lowers and raises hydraulically and is easily removable for maintenance.
Power Unit
CAT C9 350hp (261kW) engine with all round access for maintenance. Innovative hydraulic system provides significant improvments in fuel economy.
Crusher
45.3″ x 31.5″ Feeder to impactor opening. 33,000 lbs (14,970 kg) impactor weight. Hydraulic load sensor.
Pan Feeder
3’6″ x 13’3″ pan feeder clears crushed materials faster thanks to its larger size and steeper incline.
